CONTACT US
The first step to consigning with Village Furniture is to e-mail us at info@villagefurniture.ca
Include photos and information about the condition of the piece, brand, age, etc. If there are any signs of wear, try to show them in the pictures.
RECEIVE ITEM APPRAISAL RESPONSE
Once we receive your e-mail and review the information and photos you sent, you will receive an overall value for the items by e-mail.
DROP-OFF
Once the overall value is accepted, we will schedule a day and time for the drop-off of your items. Please note that we need to review and approve the items before accepting them, and a contract must be signed before the consignment begins.
Items that are not approved may still be received as donations at our discretion.
ITEMS SOLD
Congratulations! Once your item is sold, you will receive your payment by e-transfer or cash. If the second method is preferred, please contact the store to set a time to collect your payment.
